আপনি কি দোকানদার? তাহলে এই সুখবরটি আপনাদের জন্য। সরকার ছোট দোকানদারদের জন্য ন্যাশনাল পেনশন স্কিম (national pension scheme) ঘোষণা করেছে। এই পেনশন প্রকল্পের অধীনে খুচরো দোকানদার তথা স্ব-রোজগারকারী ব্যক্তিরা ৬০ বছর বয়সের পর ন্যূনতম ৩০০০ টাকা মাসিক পেনশন পাবেন।




এই প্রকল্পে নাম রেজিস্টার করার জন্য ব্যবসায়ীদের বাৎসরিক মূলধন ১.৫ কোটি বা তার কম হতে হবে। এটি একটি ভলান্টেয়ারি প্রকল্প, যেখানে ব্যবসায়ীদের ৬০ বছর বয়স হওয়ার পর মাসিক ন্যূনতম ৩০০০ টাকা পেনশন দেওয়া হবে।




১৮ থেকে ৪০ বছর বয়সীরা এই প্রকল্পের লাভ পাবেন। পেনশন পরিকল্পনায় তালিকাভুক্ত হওয়া ব্যবসায়ীরা দেশের ছড়ানো ৩.২৫ লক্ষ পরিষেবা কেন্দ্রে নাম রেজিস্টার করাতে পারেন। এই প্রকল্পের সুবিধা নেওয়ার জন্য ভীষণই সহজ নিয়ম তৈরি করা হয়েছে। এর জন্য আধার কার্ড আর ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্ট থাকা জরুরী।



যদি এই প্রকল্পে রেজিস্টার করা ব্যবসায়ীর মৃত্যু হয়, তাহলে রেজিস্ট্রেশনের সময় যিনি নমিনি হবেন তাকে পারিবারিক পেনশন হিসেবে আবেদকের পেনশনের ৫০ শতাংশ দেওয়া হবে। আর বেশি জানার জন্য labor.gov.in আর maandhan.in ওয়েবসাইটে লগইন করেও ব্যবসায়ীরা এই প্রকল্পের ব্যাপারে জানতে পারেন।


কীভাবে আবেদন করবেন- 

Step 1:

Interested eligible person shall visit nearest CSC centre.

Step 2:

Following are the prerequisites for the enrollment process:
Aadhaar Card Savings/Jan Dhan Bank Account details along with IFSC Code ( Bank Passbook or Cheque Leave/book or copy of bank statement as evidence of bank account )



Step 3:

Initial contribution amount in cash will be made to the Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE).

Step 4:

The VLE will key-in the Aadhaar number, Name of beneficiary and Date of birth as printed on aadhaar card for authentication.

Step 5:

The VLE will complete the online registration by filling up the details like Bank Account details, Mobile Number, Email Address, GSTIN, Annual Turnover Income, Spouse (if any) and Nominee details.

Step 6:

Self-certification for eligibility conditions will be done.

Step 7:

System will auto calculate monthly contribution payable according to age of the Beneficiary.

Step 8:

Beneficiary will pay the 1st subscription amount in cash to the VLE.

Step 9:

Enrollment cum Auto Debit mandate form will be printed and will be further signed by the beneficiary. VLE will scan the same and upload it into the system.

Step 10:

A unique Vyapari Pension Account Number (VPAN) will be generated and Vyapari Card will be printed.
