সরাসরি ফোন করে নয় এবার ভারতীয় ডাকের মাধ্যমে গ্রামেগঞ্জে পৌঁছে যাচ্ছে চিঠি। আর সেই চিঠি খুললেই একটি আন্তর্জাতিক কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে পাঠানো স্ক্রাচ কার্ড আর সাথে একটি চিঠি।  চিঠিটি ইংরেজি এবং হিন্দি দুই ভাষাতেই লেখা । সেখানে উল্লেখ করা হচ্ছে --

এবার শুরু আসলে খেলা। কি করে এই পুরস্কার পাওয়া যাবে। পুরস্কারের অর্থ সরাসরি বিজয়ীর একাউন্টে ট্রান্সফার হবে। এক্ষেত্রে সমস্ত সরকারি ট্যাক্স বিজয়ীকেই দিতে হবে। আর সমস্ত চার্জ বিজয়ীর কাছ থেকে আগাম সংগ্রহ করা হবে।
