কলকাতা: নতুন শিক্ষাবর্ষে রাজ্যের সমস্ত বিদ্যালয়ের একাদশ শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য 'তরুণের স্বপ্ন' (Taruner Swapno) প্রকল্পে এবার থেকে কিছু পরিবর্তন করা হয়েছে। এবছর থেকে এই প্রকল্পের সুবিধা পেতে দুটি ফর্ম জমা দেওয়ার কথা জানাগেছে।

এই প্রকল্পের সুবিধা পেতে শিক্ষার্থীদের দুটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আবেদনপত্র দ্রুততার সঙ্গে বিদ্যালয় থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে। নতুন নিয়ম অনুযায়ী এই ফর্ম দুটি সঠিকভাবে পূরণ করা বাধ্যতামূলক। জানাগেছে এই দুটি ফর্ম ছাড়া এবার এই প্রকল্পের টাকা না পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা আছে। তাই ইতিমধ্যে এই বিষয়ে বেশকিছু বিদ্যালয়কে নোটিশ করতে দেখা গেছে।

যে দুটি ফর্ম লাগবে - Annexure-F এবং Student's Self-declaration. প্রতিটি আবেদনপত্রে শিক্ষার্থী এবং তার অভিভাবক—উভয়ের স্বাক্ষর এবং একটি স্ব-ঘোষণা (মুচলেকা) বাধ্যতামূলক করা হয়েছে।

সূত্রের খবর যদি সমস্ত প্রক্রিয়া সঠিকভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়, তবে আগামী মাসের প্রথম সপ্তাহের মধ্যেই শিক্ষার্থীদের ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টে ₹10,000/- টাকা জমা হতে পারে।

Annexure-F এবং Student's Self-declaration এর নমুনা ফর্ম নীচে দেওয়া হলো, প্রয়োজনে ফর্মদুটি প্রিন্ট করতে পারবেন । তবে এই বিষয়ে বিস্তারিত তথ্য জানতে নিজের নিজের বিদ্যালয়ে নোডাল অফিসারের সাথে কথা বলুন। সেখানেই সঠিক তথ্য পাবেন।
